The NSD16F3T5G is a switching diode designed for low-power surface mount applications where board space is at a premium. It is a spin-off of the popular SOT-23 three-leaded device, now housed in the smaller SOT-1123 package.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 75V, a forward current rating of 200mA, and a peak forward surge current of 500mA. The diode features a fast reverse recovery time of 6ns and a low diode capacitance of 2pF, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
