The NRVUS360VBT3G from ON Semiconductor is an ultra-fast rectifier diode designed for high voltage and high frequency applications. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 3A at 105°C.
This device features a fast recovery time of 75ns, making it suitable for applications requiring efficient rectification. The maximum instantaneous forward voltage is 1.25V at 3A and 25°C, and 1.05V at 3A and 150°C.
Packaged in a DO-214AA, SMB surface mount case, the NRVUS360VBT3G is ideal for automated handling and space-constrained designs. Its operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C. The epoxy case meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards.
Additional features include a non-repetitive peak surge current of 100A and ESD protection up to 8kV (HBM) and 1000V (CDM). The device is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant.
