The NRVUS2FA is a super fast surface mount rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for general purpose and automotive applications. It is part of the US2FA series and features a glass passivated chip junction for high reliability.
With a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 300V and average forward current of 1.5A, this diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 50 ns typical (75 ns maximum). Forward voltage is 1V maximum at 1.5A. It can handle peak forward surge current up to 50A (8.3 ms single half-sine wave). Junction capacitance is 50 pF typical at 4V and 1 MHz.
The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive electronics. It is also RoHS3 compliant and has UL flammability classification 94 V-0. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
The NRVUS2FA is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package and is supplied in tape and reel packaging. The thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 189°C/W typical.
