The NRVUS240T3G is an ultra-fast power rectifier diode from onsemi, designed for high voltage, high frequency rectification and freewheeling applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 400V and an average rectified current (IF(AV)) of 2A at a lead temperature of 125°C. The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 0.95V maximum at 2A and 150°C junction temperature, and a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 65ns.
This rectifier is housed in a compact, surface-mount SMB (DO-214AA) package, weighing approximately 95mg, and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2500 units per reel. It features a high-temperature glass passivated junction and is rated for an operating temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. The device is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant.
With an ESD rating of >4kV (HBM, Class 3A) and >1000V (CDM), the NRVUS240T3G is suitable for automotive and industrial applications requiring robust reliability. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it ideal for use in power supplies, AC-DC converters, and motor control circuits.
