The NRVUS220VT3G from ON Semiconductor is an ultra-fast recovery rectifier diode with a 200V repetitive peak reverse voltage rating and a 2A average rectified forward current. It features a low forward voltage drop of 0.77V maximum at 2A and 150°C junction temperature, and a reverse recovery time of 35ns.
This device is ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free-wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical. The SMB package (DO-214AA) is suitable for automated handling and surface mounting.
