The NRVUS1MFA is a super fast surface mount rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency rectification in switching power supplies and automotive applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V and an average forward rectified current of 1A, with a peak forward surge current capability of 30A. The forward voltage drop is 1.7V at 1A, and the reverse recovery time is 75ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits.
This rectifier incorporates a glass passivated chip junction for enhanced reliability and low leakage current. The typical reverse current is 5µA at 25°C and 150µA at 125°C.
