The NRVUS160VT3G-GA01 is an ultra-fast recovery rectifier diode designed for high voltage, high frequency rectification applications. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and a continuous forward current of 2A at a lead temperature of 139°C (1A at 159°C). The diode offers a low forward voltage drop of 1.05V maximum at 1A and 150°C, and a fast reverse recovery time of 75ns.
This device is suitable for use as a freewheeling or protection diode in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical. It features a glass passivated junction for high temperature operation, with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The diode is ESD rated with HBM >8kV and CDM >1000V.
The NRVUS160VT3G-GA01 is packaged in a DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package with J-bend leads. The case is epoxy molded and weighs approximately 95mg. The terminal finish is corrosion resistant and readily solderable. Polarity is indicated by a cathode band.
