The NRVUS120VT3G is an ultra-fast recovery rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for high voltage, high frequency rectification applications. It has a maximum DC reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current of 2A at TL=139°C (1A at TL=159°C). The device offers a typical reverse recovery time of 35 ns, enabling efficient switching in power supplies and converters. The forward voltage drop is a maximum of 875 mV at 1A forward current. It can withstand non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 35A (60 Hz half-sine). The rectifier is ESD rated: Human Body Model >8 kV and Charged Device Model >1000 V. The device is housed in a surface mount SMB (DO-214AA) package with J-bend leads, making it suitable for automated assembly. The epoxy molded case is corrosion resistant and the leads are readily solderable. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, and the part is RoHS compliant and Pb-Free.
