The NRVTSA4100T3G is a 100V, 4A trench Schottky rectifier from onsemi. It features low forward voltage of 0.59 V typical at 4 A and 25°C, fast switching with reverse recovery time ≤500 ns, and high surge capability up to 50 A. The device is designed for high-efficiency applications such as switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection. It comes in a surface-mount DO-214AC (SMA) package and is RoHS compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
