The NRVTSA3100ET3G from onsemi is a low forward voltage, low leakage trench-based Schottky rectifier rated for 100V peak repetitive reverse voltage and 3A average rectified forward current. It features a typical forward voltage of 995 mV at 3A and a maximum reverse recovery time of 500 ns, enabling efficient high-frequency switching.
The device is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package with 100% matte tin lead finish. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 automotive standards and is PPAP capable, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial environments. The part is Pb-free, halide-free, and meets MSL Level 1 moisture sensitivity requirements.
