The NRVTS260ESFT1G is a 60-volt, 2-ampere Trench-based Schottky rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It utilizes fine lithography trench-based Schottky technology to achieve a very low forward voltage of 650 mV at 2 A, reducing power loss and improving thermal performance.
This device offers fast switching with exceptional temperature stability and a high surge capability of 50 A. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it suitable for automotive applications. The rectifier is housed in a compact, surface-mount SOD-123FL package with a weight of 11.7 mg and is rated for an operating temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
Typical applications include switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling and OR-ing diodes, and reverse battery protection. The NRVTS260ESFT1G is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS3 compliant, and it meets MSL Level 1 requirements.
