The NRVTS245ESFT3G is a trench-based Schottky rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for very low forward voltage and low leakage. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 45V and an average rectified forward current of 2A. The forward voltage is a maximum of 650 mV at 2A, and the device can handle a non-repetitive surge current of 50A. It offers fast switching with exceptional temperature stability, making it ideal for high-frequency applications. The junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, with thermal resistance of 23°C/W junction-to-lead and 85°C/W junction-to-ambient. The device is packaged in a surface-mount SOD-123F package (SOD-123FL) and is supplied on tape and reel in quantities of 10,000. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and is Pb-free and Halide-free. Typical applications include switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling and OR-ing diodes, reverse battery protection, and automotive LED lighting.
