The NRVS2D is a general-purpose standard recovery rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for 2A applications with a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V. It offers a low forward voltage drop of 1.15V maximum at 2A, ensuring efficient power conversion. The device features a typical reverse recovery time of 2µs and a high surge current capability of 50A (8.3ms half-sine wave), making it robust for demanding conditions.
This rectifier is housed in a surface-mount DO-214AA (SMB) package, ideal for automated assembly and space-constrained designs. It is glass passivated for reliability and operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to +150°C. The NRV prefix indicates automotive qualification (AEC-Q101) and PPAP capability, suitable for automotive and industrial applications.
