The NRVRGF1M is a fast recovery rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor, part of the RGF1A-RGF1M series. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000 V and an average rectified forward current of 1.0 A at TL = 125 °C. The device is designed for surface mount applications in a DO-214AC (SMA) package.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.3 V at 1 A, a reverse recovery time of 500 ns, and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 30 A (8.3 ms half-sine wave). The junction operates from -65 °C to +175 °C.
