The NRVRGF1J is a fast recovery rectifier diode designed for surface-mount applications. It is part of the RGF1A-RGF1M series from On Semiconductor and offers a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current of 1A. The device features a glass passivated junction for reliability and is available in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) package.
