NRVRGF1B

The NRVRGF1B is a fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by onsemi, part of the RGF1 series. It features a glass passivated junction for reliable operation and is designed for surface mount applications. The device has a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V and an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 1.0A at a lead temperature of 125°C. The forward voltage drop is typically 1.3V at 1A, and the reverse recovery time (trr) is 150ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits.
