The On Semiconductor NRVHP820MFDWFT1G is an ultrafast switch-mode power rectifier array containing two electrically independent diodes in a single DFN8 (5x6) surface mount package. Each diode is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 4A.
With a fast reverse recovery time of 30ns and a forward voltage drop of 1.05V at 8A peak repetitive current, this device is designed for high-efficiency switching power supplies and freewheeling diode applications. The 175°C maximum junction temperature and AEC-Q101 qualification make it suitable for automotive and other harsh environments.
The DFN8 package features an exposed pad design for low thermal resistance, and the clip attach construction provides excellent die-to-board area efficiency. The part is Pb-free, Halide-free, and meets MSL 1 moisture sensitivity requirements.
