The NRVHP620LFST1G is a 200V, 6A ultrafast rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for switch-mode power supplies and automotive applications. It offers fast switching performance with soft recovery in a compact LFPAK4 package. Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 200V, average forward current of 6A at 169°C case temperature, and a typical forward voltage drop of 950 mV at 6A. The device features a reverse recovery time of 50 ns typical, and is capable of handling non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 150A.
This rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive environments. It is RoHS compliant, Pb-free, halogen free, and meets MSL 1 requirements. The LFPAK4 package (SOT-1023) offers a low profile and excellent thermal performance, occupying less than half the board space of a DPAK. It is supplied in tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel.
