The NRVFES6D is an ultrafast rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, part of the FES6 and NRVFES6 series. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward rectified current of 6A. The device offers a typical reverse recovery time of 45ns and a low forward voltage drop of 1.05V at 6A and 25°C, making it suitable for high-efficiency power conversion applications.
This rectifier is housed in a compact TO-277-3 surface mount package with a very low profile of 1.1mm typical height. It is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and has a typical junction-to-lead thermal resistance of 6°C/W.
