The ON Semiconductor NRVBS360T3G is a Schottky barrier power rectifier. It is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free wheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical.
This rectifier features a 3A current rating and a 60V voltage rating. It has a typical forward voltage of 630mV at 3A and a fast recovery time of less than or equal to 500ns. The operating temperature range is from -65°C to 175°C.
The device is housed in a compact SMC (DO-214AB) package, designed for surface mounting. It is constructed with epitaxial construction, oxide passivation, and metal overlay contact for high stability and excellent avalanche energy transient withstand capabilities. The package is molded epoxy and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards.
Compliance includes RoHS3, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free/BFR Free. The Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) is 1.
