The NRVBS3200NT3G from On Semiconductor is a Schottky Barrier power rectifier designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification applications. It features a very high blocking voltage of 200V and can handle an average forward current of 3A at 150°C.
This device employs state-of-the-art geometry with epitaxial construction, oxide passivation, and metal overlay contact. It is ideally suited for use as free wheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical.
