The NRVBM130LT3G is a Schottky power rectifier from onsemi, designed for low forward voltage drop and high efficiency in space-constrained applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 1A, with a forward voltage of only 520mV at 3A.
