The NRVBD650CTT4G-VF01 is a Schottky barrier rectifier array from onsemi, designed for high-efficiency switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications. It features a 1 pair common cathode configuration with each diode rated for 3A average rectified current at a case temperature of 130°C, and a maximum reverse voltage of 50V.
The device offers extremely fast switching with a maximum forward voltage of 700mV at 3A, minimizing conduction losses. The reverse leakage current is limited to 100µA at the rated reverse voltage. The part is housed in a surface-mount DPAK (TO-252-3) package, which provides excellent thermal performance with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 6°C/W per diode.
The NRVBD650CTT4G-VF01 is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. It also features ESD ratings of Class 3B (Human Body Model) and Class C (Machine Model).
