The NRVBD640CTG-VF01 is a Schottky barrier rectifier array from On Semiconductor, designed for switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications. It consists of a pair of common cathode diodes, each rated for 3A average rectified current at 130°C case temperature, with a total device current of 6A. The maximum reverse voltage is 40V, and the forward voltage drop is 700 mV at 3A. The device features fast recovery (≤500 ns) and a non-repetitive surge current rating of 75A.
This array is housed in a surface mount DPAK (TO-252-3) package, weighing 0.4 grams, and supports an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. Thermal resistance is 6°C/W junction-to-case and 80°C/W junction-to-ambient. ESD ratings are Machine Model Class C and Human Body Model Class 3B.
