The NRVBA140T3G is a Schottky power rectifier from onsemi, designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40 V and an average rectified forward current of 1 A. The device offers low forward voltage drop, with a maximum of 0.55 V at 1 A and 25°C, and 0.5 V at 100°C.
