The NRVB0540T1G is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and an average forward current of 500mA. The typical forward voltage drop is 510mV at 500mA, enabling efficient power conversion. The diode is rated for fast recovery with speeds under 500ns, and can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 5.5A.
This device is qualified to AEC-Q101 and PPAP capable, making it suitable for automotive and other demanding environments.
