The NRVA4007T3G is a surface mount standard recovery power rectifier from onsemi, part of the NRVA4003T3G series. It features a glass passivated junction for high temperature stability and is designed for automated handling with J-bend leads. The device is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified forward current of 1A at a lead temperature of 150°C. Typical forward voltage is 1.1V at 1A.
