The NRTST40H100CTG is a trench-based Schottky rectifier diode array from On Semiconductor, featuring a common cathode configuration with two diodes. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified current of 20A per diode (40A per device). The device exhibits very low forward voltage: 0.73V typ (0.76V max) at 20A and 25°C, and 0.65V typ (0.68V max) at 20A and 125°C. Reverse current is typically 16mA at 100V and 25°C (max 50mA). It can handle nonrepetitive peak surge currents up to 250A.
Designed for fast switching with low power loss and high efficiency, this diode array is suitable for switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection. The device is housed in a TO-220-3 through-hole package with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 1.0°C/W. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The part is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant (unverified).
