The NRTS6100PFST3G is a Trench-based Schottky barrier rectifier from onsemi designed for high performance in DC-DC conversion and reverse protection applications. It offers a low forward voltage of 680 mV typical at 6 A, low leakage current at high temperature, and small junction capacitance of 827 pF at 1 V for high switching frequency operation.
This device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 100 V and a continuous forward current of 6 A. It can handle peak repetitive forward current up to 12 A and non-repetitive avalanche energy of 145 mJ. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
