The On Semiconductor NOIV1SN1300A-QDC is a 1/2-inch SXGA CMOS image sensor featuring a 1280x1024 active pixel array. It offers high sensitivity pixels with a size of 4.8µm x 4.8µm, supporting both pipelined and triggered global shutter readout modes, as well as a low-noise rolling shutter mode.
This sensor integrates on-chip programmable gain amplifiers and 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs). It provides flexibility with an 8-bit or 10-bit output mode and can achieve frame rates up to 150 frames per second via its four LVDS serial outputs. The device also features an on-chip Automatic Exposure Control (AEC) loop and a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for programmability, including region of interest readout.
The NOIV1SN1300A-QDC is packaged in a 48-pin LCC (Leadless Chip Carrier) package, suitable for surface mount applications. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is Pb-Free and RoHS Compliant.
