The ON Semiconductor NOIP1SN5000A-QTI is a high-performance CMOS image sensor from the PYTHON 5.0/2.0 series, designed for applications requiring precise image capture.
This sensor features 4.8 µm x 4.8 µm low noise global shutter pixels with in-pixel CDS, supporting both pipelined and triggered readout modes. It offers a 5MP resolution with a 1” optical format and a 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC). The device supports multiple data output options, including 8 LVDS data channels, enabling frame rates up to 100 fps at 5MP in Zero ROT mode.
Key features include an on-chip programmable gain amplifier, automatic exposure control (AEC), and a serial peripheral interface (SPI) for random programmable region of interest (ROI) readout. The sensor operates on a dual power supply (3.3 V and 1.8 V) and has an operational temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
Available in 84-pin LCC and 128-pad LGA packages, the NOIP1SN5000A-QTI is suitable for machine vision, motion monitoring, security, and intelligent traffic systems.
