The NOIP1SN5000A-LTI is a high-performance Global Shutter CMOS Image Sensor from On Semiconductor, part of the PYTHON 5.0/2.0 MegaPixels series. It boasts a 2592 x 2048 active pixel array with 4.8µm x 4.8µm low noise global shutter pixels featuring in-pixel CDS for reduced noise and increased dynamic range.
This sensor supports multiple data output options, including 8 LVDS data channels for high frame rates up to 100 fps at 5 MP. It features an on-chip 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) and supports random programmable Region of Interest (ROI) readout. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it operates on dual power supplies of 3.3 V and 1.8 V.
Available in monochrome, color, and NIR options, the NOIP1SN5000A-LTI is suitable for applications such as machine vision, motion monitoring, security, and intelligent traffic systems. It is supplied in a 128-LBGA package and is RoHS3 compliant.
