The ON Semiconductor NOIP1SN1300A-QTI is a 1.3 Megapixel Global Shutter CMOS Image Sensor from the PYTHON family. It utilizes high-sensitivity 4.8µm x 4.8µm pixels that support low-noise global shutter readout modes and correlated double sampling (CDS) for reduced noise and increased dynamic range.
This sensor offers an on-chip 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) and supports multiple data output options including LVDS and Parallel CMOS. It can achieve high frame rates, up to 210 fps at SXGA resolution with 4 LVDS data channels in ZROT mode. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it is housed in a 48-pin LCC package.
Key features include Random Programmable Region of Interest (ROI) readout, Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for programmability, Automatic Exposure Control (AEC), and Phase Locked Loop (PLL). High Dynamic Range (HDR) modes are also possible. The sensor operates on dual power supplies of 3.3V and 1.8V.
