The NOIP1FN2000A-QTI from On Semiconductor is a PYTHON 2000 series CMOS image sensor with a 2.3MP resolution (1920H x 1200V active pixels) and a 2/3” optical format. It utilizes 4.8µm x 4.8µm global shutter pixels with in-pixel CDS for low noise and increased dynamic range.
This sensor offers a frame rate of up to 230 frames per second at full resolution and features an on-chip 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC). It supports dual power supplies of 1.8V and 3.3V and operates within an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The interface includes 4 LVDS data channels and a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for control.
Designed for applications such as machine vision, motion monitoring, security, and intelligent traffic systems, the NOIP1FN2000A-QTI is available in an 84-pin LCC package. It is Pb-Free and RoHS Compliant.
