The ON Semiconductor LUPA1300-2 (NOIL2SC1300A-GDC) is an SXGA high-speed, high-sensitivity CMOS image sensor designed for demanding applications. It features 1280 x 1024 active pixels and supports a frame rate of up to 500 fps, making it suitable for high-speed machine vision and industrial monitoring.
This sensor operates with nominal 2.5 V and 3.3 V power supplies and has an operating temperature range of -50°C to +85°C. It includes on-chip 10-bit ADCs and 12 LVDS serial outputs for efficient data transfer. The sensor also features random programmable ROI readout and a pipelined and triggered global shutter.
