The NNCD6.8RH-T1-AT is a 4-channel unidirectional TVS Zener diode array manufactured by Renesas. This device is designed for USB protection and other applications requiring transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.5V (max) and a peak pulse power handling of 2W.
