The Mean Well NMP1K2-KKCHHK-00 is a 1200W enclosed AC-DC converter designed for commercial ITE and medical applications. It offers six independent outputs with adjustable voltage, load sharing, remote on/off, and remote sense capabilities. The converter achieves 88.5% efficiency and incorporates Power Factor Correction for universal input compatibility.
Primary outputs include dual 48V rails at up to 5A each, along with additional 5V and 24V outputs. The unit features a standby output and an auxiliary DC output for system monitoring. All outputs are protected against overvoltage, overtemperature, and short circuits.
The converter is safety approved to UL/EN/IEC 62368-1 (ITE) and 60601-1 (Medical) standards, with CB, CE, cURus, EAC, and TUV certifications. It operates over a -30°C to 70°C range with derating, and uses conduction cooling for reliable thermal management.
The chassis-mount design measures 250.0mm x 127.0mm x 41.0mm, making it suitable for rack-mount or cabinet installations. The enclosed metal case provides EMI shielding and mechanical protection.
