The NLV14001BDR2G is a Quad 2-Input NOR Gate manufactured by On Semiconductor. This CMOS logic gate is designed for applications requiring low power dissipation and high noise immunity. It features a wide supply voltage range from 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc and operates across an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
The device is constructed using P and N channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. Its outputs are buffered, and it is capable of driving two low-power TTL loads or one low-power Schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range. The gate offers double diode protection on all inputs.
Packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface mount configuration, the NLV14001BDR2G is pin-for-pin compatible with corresponding CD4000 Series B Suffix devices. It is also Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
