NLSX4401MU1TCG

The NLSX4401MU1TCG from ON Semiconductor is a versatile 1-bit configurable dual-supply bidirectional auto-sensing level translator. It does not require a directional control pin, simplifying integration into various designs. The I/O VCC and I/O VL ports track two different power supply rails, VCC and VL, both configurable from 1.5 V to 5.5 V. This allows for translation between lower, higher, or equal value voltage logic signals.

Key electrical specifications include a wide operating voltage range of 1.5 V to 5.5 V for both VCC and VL, and a high speed with a guaranteed data rate of 24 Mb/s. The device features integrated 10 kΩ pull-up resistors on the I/O lines, making it suitable for open-drain applications like I2C communication buses.
