The NLSX4373MUTAG from On Semiconductor is a 2-bit configurable, dual-supply, bidirectional, auto-sensing level translator. It does not require a directional control pin, and its VCC and VL I/O ports track two different power supply rails, configurable from 1.5 V to 5.5 V. This allows for translation of voltage logic signals between lower, higher, or equal values on the VCC and VL sides.
This translator features open-drain outputs with integrated 10 kOhm pullup resistors, making it suitable for open-drain applications like the I2C communication bus. It offers a guaranteed data rate of 20 Mb/s and features overvoltage tolerant (OVT) enable input and I/O lines up to 5.5 V. The device operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
