This allows for translation between different logic voltage levels.

 

Designed for high-speed applications, the NLSX3014MUTAG guarantees a data rate of 100 Mb/s for VL > 1.6 V. It also offers low bit-to-bit skew and overvoltage tolerant enable and I/O pins. The Output Enable (EN) input, when Low, disables both I/O ports by putting them in a 3-state condition, significantly reducing supply currents.

 

This level translator is available in a compact 12-UQFN package measuring 1.7 mm x 2.0 mm, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. Typical applications include mobile phones, PDAs, and other portable devices where voltage level translation is required between different system buses.
