The NLSX3012MUTAG from On Semiconductor is a 2-bit configurable dual-supply bidirectional level translator. It does not require a direction control pin, as both I/O ports are auto-sensing. The device supports a VCC supply rail configurable from 1.3 V to 4.5 V and a VL supply rail configurable from 0.9 V to (VCC - 0.4) V. This allows for translation between different logic voltage levels.
Key electrical specifications include a data rate of 100 Mbps, with a guaranteed data rate of 140 Mb/s for VL > 1.8 V. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. The device features overvoltage tolerant enable and I/O pins and non-preferential power-up sequencing.
