The Neutrik NL4FC is a 4-pole cable connector designed for loudspeaker connections. It utilizes the industry-standard speakON connection system, known for its reliability and robust design. This connector features a chuck type strain relief suitable for cable outer diameters ranging from 6 to 15 mm.
Electrically, the NL4FC offers a rated current of 30 A rms continuous per contact and a rated voltage of 250 V ac. It has a contact resistance of less than 3 mΩ after its lifetime of over 5000 mating cycles. The connector is wired using screw-type terminals or soldering, with support for wire sizes up to 4 mm² or 12 AWG.
Constructed with a glass-reinforced insert and housing, the NL4FC is built for durability. The locking element is made of zinc diecast, and the strain relief uses polyacetal (POM). It meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards and operates within a temperature range of -30 °C to +80 °C.
