The NHPM120T3G is an ultrafast power rectifier designed for high-efficiency switching applications. It offers a reverse voltage rating of 200 V and an average forward current of 1 A, with a typical forward voltage of 1 V at 1 A. The device features a reverse recovery time of 25 ns, enabling soft recovery switching that reduces electromagnetic interference and improves efficiency.
The rectifier is packaged in a low-profile DO-216AA (Powermite) surface mount package with a maximum height of 1.1 mm and a footprint area of 8.45 mm². This compact design provides thermal performance similar to larger SMA packages while saving significant board space. The device is supplied in 12 mm tape and reel with 12,000 units per reel.
The NHPM120T3G is RoHS compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free, with an MSL rating of 1. It is suitable for applications such as automotive LED lighting, engine control modules, freewheeling diodes, and flat panel displays. Note: The datasheet indicates this device is discontinued and not recommended for new designs.
