The NHP220SFT3G is an ultrafast power rectifier designed and manufactured by onsemi (formerly ON Semiconductor). It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 2A (at TL = 140°C). The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
This rectifier is housed in a compact, low-profile SOD-123FL surface mount package with a maximum height of 1.0 mm and a footprint area of 5.94 mm². The molded epoxy case is rated UL 94 V-0, and the device is Pb-free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. It is also MSL 1 (unlimited) for moisture sensitivity.
