The NHP120SFT3G is an ultrafast power rectifier designed for high-efficiency switching applications. It is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and a nominal average forward current of 1.0A at a lead temperature of 158°C. The device offers a maximum forward voltage of 1V at 1A and a fast reverse recovery time of 25ns, enabling reduced switching losses and improved EMI performance.
Key design features include fast soft switching, which reduces electromagnetic interference and increases efficiency. The package has a low profile with a maximum height of 1.0mm and a small footprint of 5.94mm², making it suitable for space-constrained designs such as flat panel displays and portable electronics. The device is housed in a molded epoxy case that meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
The NHP120SFT3G supports a wide operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C and has a thermal resistance of 23°C/W junction-to-lead.
