The ON Semiconductor NFVA35065L32 is an advanced Automotive SPM® module designed for hybrid and electric vehicle applications. It provides a fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage, integrating optimized gate drive for built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses.

This module offers multiple on-module protection features, including under-voltage lockouts, over-current shutdown, thermal monitoring, and fault reporting. It operates with a 650V/50A rating and is suitable for 3-phase DC/AC power conversion. The integrated gate drivers and protections simplify design and enhance reliability.

The NFVA35065L32 is housed in a 27-Pin DIP package and utilizes an AlN DBC substrate for outstanding thermal resistance. It is AEC & AQG324 Qualified and PPAP Capable, making it suitable for demanding automotive environments. The module supports three-phase current sensing through separated open-emitter pins from the low-side IGBTs.

Key features include 175°C guaranteed short-circuit rated FS Trench IGBTs with low Vce(sat) and fast switching. The module has an isolation rating of 2500 Vrms/1 min and is Pb-Free and RoHS Compliant. It is also UI1557 Certified and UL94V-0 Compliant.
