The NCV51511PDR2G is a high-frequency, high-side and low-side gate driver IC from On Semiconductor, designed for high-voltage, high-speed applications. It can drive N-Channel MOSFETs in half-bridge or synchronous buck configurations, operating with supply voltages up to 16V and capable of handling high-side voltages up to 100V.
