NCV51200MWTXG

The NCV51200MWTXG from ON Semiconductor is a source/sink Double Data Rate (DDR) termination regulator. It is specifically designed for low input voltage and low-noise systems where space is a key consideration. This regulator supports a fast transient response and requires a minimum output capacitance of 20 µF. It is suitable for DDR VTT bus termination and can also be used in low-power chipsets and graphics processor cores that require dynamically adjustable output voltages.

The device features integrated power MOSFETs and supports input voltage rails of 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V, with a PVCC voltage range of 1.1 V to 3.5 V. It includes a PGOOD logic output pin to monitor VTT regulation and an EN logic input pin for shutdown mode. The NCV51200MWTXG supports remote sensing (VTTS) and has built-in soft start, under-voltage lockout, and over-current limit protection, along with thermal shutdown.

Packaged in a thermally-efficient 10-DFN (3x3) exposed pad package, the NCV51200MWTXG is rated as both Green and Pb-free. Its applications include DDR memory termination in desktop PCs, notebooks, workstations, servers, networking equipment, telecom/datacom, graphics processor core supplies, and chipset/RAM supplies as low as 0.5 V.
