It utilizes a bootstrap technique for efficient high-side power switch driving and can accommodate boost voltages up to 180V. The device features an internal anti-cross conduction circuit with a fixed 135ns dead-time to prevent current shoot-through.
Key electrical specifications include a supply voltage range of 5.5V to 20V and logic voltage support for 1.2V and 1.8V. It offers peak source current of 0.5A and peak sink current of 0.8A, with rise and fall times of 19ns and 17ns respectively (at a 1000pF load).
