It offers peak source current of 0.5A and peak sink current of 0.8A, with rise and fall times of 19ns and 17ns respectively (at a 1000pF load). The driver supports switching frequencies up to 500kHz and includes high-side and low-side UVLO protection.

 

This gate driver is available in an 8-DFN (2x2mm) surface-mount package with an exposed pad. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to 140°C (TJ). The NCP81080MNTBG is suitable for applications such as telecom and datacom power supplies, Class-D audio amplifiers, and motor drives.
